The Sheffield Night Hike Challenge is a 15 km (about 9 miles) dusk-till-midnight sponsored walk from Hathersage, along the River Derwent, up Padley Gorge, through the Longshaw Estate, passed The Grouse Inn, down through Hay Wood and follows the River Derwent back to Hathersage.
